Frequently Asked Questions

A few things families often ask

Gentle answers about how our printables work, from download to your fridge door.

What exactly is a "printable"?

A printable is a digital file — usually a PDF — designed to be printed at home and used again and again. Think charts, trackers, and activity sheets you can hold, color in, and stick on the fridge. There's nothing physical to ship; you simply download the file and print it yourself.

What file format will I receive, and how do I print it?

Printables are delivered as PDF files, ready to print on a standard home printer. Each file is designed to fit both US Letter and A4 paper sizes, so wherever you are in the world, it should print beautifully without any extra resizing.

Can I reprint a design or use it for more than one child?

Yes. Once you have a printable, you're welcome to reprint it as many times as you like for your own children and household — that's exactly what these resources are designed for. We just ask that files aren't shared, resold, or redistributed (see our Terms of Use for the full details).

What age range are the printables designed for?

Our printables are created with young children in mind — roughly early childhood through the early elementary years — though every family is different. We design with simple visuals and gentle language so a grown-up can easily adapt each activity to their own child's pace.

Where can I purchase the printables?

Our printable collection will be available soon through our Etsy shop. We're still putting the finishing touches on things, so nothing is purchasable just yet — but you can grab a free printable below to get a feel for what's coming, and be the first to know when we launch.

What is your refund policy?

Once our shop is live, all purchases will take place through Etsy, so refunds and returns will follow Etsy's standard policies for digital goods, alongside our own shop policies. We'll publish the full details on our Etsy shop page once it launches — see our Refund Policy page for more.

Do I need any special software to open my files?

No special software is required — just a free PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat Reader, or the built-in PDF viewer on most phones, tablets, and computers) to open and print your files at home.

How do I get a free printable?

Head over to our freebies page, pop in your email address, and your free printable will be ready for instant download — plus we'll send a copy straight to your inbox.
